		LensFreak General Terms LensFreak is a website for both amateur and professional photographers who wish to share their work and knowledge. The rules are simple and fair: 1. Only one account per user. 2. You must be the copyright holder of all files posted. 3. You retain copyright and the ability to delete your photos. 4. You grant LensFreak the right to use your images anywhere within this site. 5. LensFreak is not responsible for unauthorized usage of your images outside the site. 6. Nude photographs or pornography are NOT permitted. 7. Posting of Identical photos is discouraged 8. Profanity, insults, rude comments or retribution are NOT permitted. 9. Self-promotional postings or SPAM are NOT permitted and will be removed. 10. Photographer's Notes are to be used for general or technical descriptions about the photo. 11. LensFreak reserves the right to terminate without notice any membership, at any time, for any reason. 12.
